This enclosure can be used to house a wide variety of electrical apparatus utilising existing certification. A typical apparatus certificate of EExd IIC T6 would allow the use of relays, timers, transformers, PSUs, intrinsically safe barriers/isolators, contractors, PLCs, PCBs, indicator lamps, pushbuttons etc.
